What is covered under the warranty?
All products purchased from GIGGOTECH come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes manufacturing defects, component failures, and functionality issues that occur during regular operation.
What is NOT covered?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality, or damage from liquid exposure (unless the product is rated for water resistance).
How do I start a warranty claim?
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. Include photos or videos if possible. Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days and provide next steps.
What information do I need to provide?
Please have ready: your order number or proof of purchase, the product name and model, a detailed description of the defect or issue, photos or videos showing the problem, and your preferred resolution (replacement or refund).
How long does the warranty claim process take?
Once we receive your claim, we typically respond within 1-2 business days. If approved, replacements are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days. The entire process from claim to resolution typically takes 7-14 days depending on your location.
Do I need to return the defective product?
In most cases, yes. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label for UK customers. For international customers, we'll advise on the most cost-effective return method. In some cases, we may approve a claim without requiring a return.
Will I receive a replacement or refund?
If the product is still available, we'll typically send a replacement. If the product has been discontinued or is out of stock, we'll offer a full refund or a comparable alternative product of equal or greater value.
What if my product fails after the 12-month warranty period?
While our standard warranty is 12 months, we stand behind our products. Contact us even if your warranty has expired - we may still be able to help with a repair, discounted replacement, or other solution.
Are warranty claims free?
Yes, approved warranty claims are completely free. We cover return shipping costs for UK customers and will send replacements at no charge. You will not be charged for warranty service on valid claims.
