Are controllers covered under warranty?
Yes. Controllers supplied with consoles are tested before dispatch.
If you experience an issue such as stick drift, button faults or charging problems, we'll assess your warranty claim individually.
Depending on the circumstances, we may request photographs, a video demonstrating the issue, or ask for the controller to be returned for inspection before determining whether the fault is covered under warranty.
Claims resulting from accidental damage, misuse, excessive wear or other non-manufacturing causes may not be covered.
Are accessories covered?
Accessories such as chargers, cables, power adapters, docks, headsets, keyboards and mice are covered against manufacturing defects.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, excessive wear, liquid exposure or physical damage is not covered.
Are home appliances covered?
Yes. Home appliances are covered against manufacturing defects occurring during normal intended use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, accidental damage or consumable parts that naturally wear over time.
