  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Please note that once the return request has been accepted, you will have 14 days to return the parcel to us.
  • Returns are accepted based on the condition category purchased.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

  • NEW items must be returned unopened, unsealed, and unused to qualify for a full refund.

  • If a NEW item has been opened or unsealed, it will not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Used items must be returned in the same condition as received, consistent with the condition description at the time of purchase.

  • Any additional damage, misuse, or missing components may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted within the 30-day return window.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned in a condition worse than described at purchase

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked return service, as GIGGOTECH is not responsible for lost return parcels.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
