  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM (UK time) are processed and dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Eligible UK orders are shipped via Next Day Delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

🎁 Free Next Day Delivery (UK)

  • Free Next Day Delivery on all UK orders over Β£50

  • Applies to standard UK delivery locations

  • Orders under Β£50 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday

  • Delivery will be attempted on the next working day (Tuesday)


🌍 International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and size.

⏱ Estimated International Delivery Times

Delivery times below are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched:

  • Ireland: 4–5 working days

  • Western Europe (e.g. France, Germany, Netherlands): 4–7 working days

  • Rest of Europe: 5–10 working days

  • United States & Canada: 7–12 working days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 working days

All international shipments are tracked, and some destinations may require a signature on delivery.


🌐 Customs, Duties & Taxes (IMPORTANT)

We are IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) registered, which means VAT is collected at checkout for eligible EU orders.

    • Orders valued at €150 or below

      • VAT is applied at checkout.

      • No additional VAT or import charges should be required on delivery.

    • Orders over €150

      • May be subject to local VAT, customs duties, and import fees.

      • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

      • Any applicable charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

      • These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

🌍 All Other International Orders

  • For customers in Ireland and EU countries, we are IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) registered. This means that VAT is collected at checkout, so your order should not incur additional customs charges or handling fees on delivery.

  • GIGGOTECH is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
